1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing services, accessing the website, or using our store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). We may update them; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Services Overview
We offer monthly packages (GMB Starter ₹4,999, Google Ads Boost ₹9,999, SEO Local Pro ₹7,999, Social Media Pack ₹5,999, Full Growth Bundle ₹24,999) and one-time audits (₹1,999). Services include setup, optimization, reporting, and support via WhatsApp +91 9289810149 or sales.neargrow@gmail.com.

3. Payment Terms

All prices in INR, monthly auto-renewal via Stripe/Razorpay/UPI.
First month discount applies where shown; non-refundable after 7 days.
Late payments (7+ days) pause services until cleared.
No refunds for partial months; one-time audits non-refundable post-delivery.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate business details, GMB/website URLs, access to Google Ads/Instagram accounts.
Respond to requests within 48 hours for timely delivery.
Approve content/strategies before launch; unapproved work may delay timelines.

5. Service Delivery & Timeline

Setup within 3-5 business days of payment + info.
Monthly optimizations/reports by 5th of each month.
Results not guaranteed (SEO/Ads depend on competition, budget, client cooperation).

6. Termination & Cancellation

Monthly packages: 15 days written notice (email sales.neargrow@gmail.com).
Minimum 1-month commitment; early termination incurs 50% final month fee.
We may terminate for non-payment, abuse, or policy violation with 7 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property
Content, strategies, reports we create remain our property until full payment. Clients receive non-exclusive license for use. No resale or transfer without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
We provide services "as is." No liability for lost profits, rankings, or ad performance. Maximum liability = fees paid in prior 3 months. Google algorithm changes beyond our control.

9. Confidentiality
We protect your business data; you protect ours. No disclosure to third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law
These Terms governed by India law, disputes in Gurugram/Haryana courts. Force majeure (e.g., Google outages) excuses delays
