1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NearGrow Ads ("we", "our", "us") and purchasing our Google My Business Audit service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

NearGrow Ads provides a one-time Google My Business (GMB) audit report for ₹99. The service includes analysis of your GMB insights such as search impressions, call data, search keywords, review analysis, direction requests, and an improvement roadmap delivered as a PDF report within 48 hours.

3. GMB Manager Access

To perform the audit, you will be asked to add NearGrow Ads as a Manager (not Owner) on your Google Business Profile. By doing so, you confirm:

• You are the authorized owner or manager of the GMB listing

• You understand that Manager access allows us to view insights only

• We will remove our access immediately after delivering your report

• We will never make changes to your listing, post content, or transfer ownership

4. Payment

• The audit fee is ₹99 (one-time)

• Payment is collected securely via Razorpay/UPI before the service begins

• GST may be applicable as per Indian tax laws

• No recurring charges or subscriptions apply

5. Delivery

• Your PDF report will be delivered to your WhatsApp number and/or email within 48 hours of receiving valid Manager access

• If access is not granted within 5 days of payment, the order will be cancelled and refunded

6. Refund Policy

• If you are not satisfied with your report, you may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery

• Refund requests can be sent to our WhatsApp or email

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

• No refund will be issued if Manager access was never granted and the audit was not performed

7. Data & Privacy

• We access your GMB data solely to generate your audit report

• Your GMB data is not stored, sold, or shared with any third party

• We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian data protection laws

8. Intellectual Property

• The audit report delivered to you is for your personal/business use only

• You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the report content

• All NearGrow Ads branding, templates, and methodology remain the property of NearGrow Ads

9. Limitation of Liability

• NearGrow Ads provides insights based on data available in your GMB dashboard at the time of the audit

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, ranking improvements, or revenue increases as a result of the report

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service (₹99)

11. Changes to Terms
